• Understanding your reason for leaving the present job
• How many times have you undergone this experience before?
• What would you like to change in the present job?
• If you were the boss or in authority position what would you do to change the situation?
• How important it is for you to have a job?
• Are you thinking of searching or applying for another job? Have you prepared for it?
• Have you thought of any areas of your own personality where you need to bring about some change/s?
